  Painful to use. It is not worth the effort or the money.. This works well with Logitech G27 Steering Wheel!. Got this so I could use my Xbox One Controller, haven't tested with any other peripherals.
  
  It added a considerable amount of input lag, and I have to pair my controller with the adapter plugged into my host PC before plugging it into the steam link. I wound up just buying the new Xbone controller that supports bluetooth, but it sucks that it's inconvenient to use my elite controller with this.
  
  At the base software's price point, the $10 DLC seems like an arbitrary paywall.. Works great with my Thrustmaster T150 racing wheel. Just remember to do a few things:
  1. Plug the USB controller into the host computer that will be running the games first to install the drivers, then disconnect and connect it to the Steam Link.
  2. On the Steam Link, before connecting to a host computer, go to Settings->VirtualHere and configure the controller.
  3. It may be unnecessary, but I launched VirtualHere on my host computer right after installation, thinking that maybe it needed to do some initial setup.
  
  I have not had any issues like other folks, so maybe those 3 tips will help others. I'm using official Steam Link hardware with the latest updates as of March 15, 2019.. CRASHING MY PC AND FREEZING ON STEAM LINK. ITS AWFUL.. Painful to use. It is not worth the effort or the money.. For me this does exactly what it is supposed to do.. flawlessy. No fiddling with settings, just plug and play for your HID devices. Please be aware that you have to install the driver of your usb controller on the source machine before trying to make it work in the destination Steamlink.
  Now i can use my Taranis X-Lite while lying in bed; Isn't that cool ?

  
  

  Fixed BSOD in win7 with multiple xbox controlers:
  Some xbox controllers have identical serial numbers. This caused a BSOD in windows 7 (or earlier windows). this is now fixed. Updated VirtualHere Client to 3.8.7:
  I managed to reproduce a BSOD when disconnecting an xbox one wireless controller, so this update should fix this. Updated VirtualHere client to 4.5.2:
  Update the virtualhere client to 4.5.2 which provides the following changes:
  
  * Added ability to see latency graph
  * Slightly improved performance
  * Added fix to improve support for certain devices. VirtualHere now integrated with Steam Link Raspberry Pi build:
  VirtualHere is now integrated into the Steam Link Raspberry Pi Edition.
  
  So if you own VirtualHere already you have access to this platform now as well, (for no additional charge)
  
  The Pi3 has a quad-core fast CPU and VirtualHere runs well on it.. VirtualHere now available on Android:
  Anyone who owns VirtualHere for Steam Link automatically gets access to VirtualHere for Android for no extra cost.
  
  VirtualHere for Android provides the same functionality as the Steamlink version, but runs on Android and works together with the new Steam Link Android App.
